Sales Tracker
i2B have worked alongside Ideal Standard, based in Hull UK, to develop an online sales monitoring and tracking tool code named "Salestracker".
Specially developed to sit alongside and integrate with their back office SAP R/3 system, i2B's eTrack solution has enabled Ideal Standard’s management team and sales executives to monitor and analyse sales across the whole company where ever they are in the world.

The Challenge
Prior to the introduction of “Salestracker” sales information was only available on a monthly basis, and then when it was available it was already out of date. To analyse or retrieve any customer specific information would often prove time consuming and often cumbersome. What was required was an upto date sales and order system which could be easily accessed and interpreted from anywhere.
The Solution

In response to their requests I2B implemented eTrack, a system that incorporates, reports and charts sales information using a web based platform. Consolidation into one common platform meant that it was easy to connect to and eliminate the need for disparate, manual legacy systems.
Ideal Standard wanted to be able to show UK and Ireland sales both separately and as a whole, with eTracks unique flexible menu structure the information can be shown in many guises. The menu paths which include:-
• Sales by sales executive,
• Sales by business area,
• Sales by Brand,
• Sales by Customer group,
• Sales by distribution Channel,
• Sales by Material group/item,
• Sales by Ship to party,
• Sales by sold to party,
enable users to drill right to the information they require in a few simple clicks. Information can be sliced up and displayed in any combination the user requires. The snap shot period comparison and graphic status symbol make it easy to identify which areas are performing and eliminate the need for manual data manipulation.
