What are the Company Benefits?

When a change has been changed or a new Sales order
has been placed or a delivery planned it can often
take weeks before the correct person at your
customer's office is notified.

Why?

• Postage - Especially over seas slows down the process.
• Incorrect person/department informed in first instance.
• No cover due to Holidays / Illness.

eCRM recognises new or changed orders made in your sales system and immediately notifies the customer,
eliminating the need to print out and post Sales
Orders / Acknowledgements (and all associated
contractual documentation).

As well as the customer being informed automatically the sales / production office and sales rep are as well – keeping everyone in the supply chain in the picture.

When logged into the i2B eCRM system the customer will be presented with a screen and acknowledgement that is identical to what they would have traditionally received in the post.
